Vote NO to Confirm Blanche. His dealing with the Epstein files make him unfit!
To: Rep. Wilson, Sen. Scott, Sen. Graham

June 10
Vote NO to confirm Todd Blanche.
You are on record as caring enough about the release of the Epstein files that you voted for the Epstein Files Transparency Act.
In fact, with the exception of one vote, the US House and US Senate voted for the Epstein Files Transparency Act in November 2025.
Todd Blanche’s handling of the Epstein files was unacceptable and obstructed justice at every turn.
His handling of the files sparked severe pushback from Congress and watchdog groups who accused the Trump administration of hiding materials implicating high-profile figures.
Former Attorney General Pam Bondi testified to the House Oversight Committee that Blanche directed the entire process of searching, reviewing, and withholding files required by Congress.
Blanche intervened to block the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) from complying with a Senate Finance Committee probe into a previously secret drug-trafficking investigation involving Epstein.
While the DOJ reviewed millions of files, Blanche defended the decision to only release a fraction of them citing the need to protect victim privacy and prevent further dissemination of sensitive materials.
He then declared the DOJ's review of the Epstein case effectively over, stating that no further evidence existed to implicate or prosecute additional individuals within the provided documents.
Under Blanche's direction, the department faced heavy backlash for aggressive redactions and accidental public exposure of Epstein victims' information. These were processes that fell squarely under Blanche's supervision.
Blanche has proven rhat his time as Trump's personal lawyer is a massive conflict of interest. Instead of obeying a mandate straight from Congress to release the Epstein files, he remained loyal to Trump who demanded the files that named and or implicated he and his friends stay hidden.
