Flock infringes on States Rights

To: Sen. Vickers, Rep. Shipp, Gov. Cox

From: A constituent in Cedar City, UT

August 5

Our state needs privacy laws. We need to pass enforceable laws that restrict Flock and companies like it. There needs to be limits on what they can collect, how long they can store it, and who they can share it with. Cross-state sharing of license plate data MUST be banned outright when it's used to pursue conduct that is legal where it occurs. Any less infringes on States Rights.
