I’m writing to demand that you conduct congressional oversight into ICE’s aggressive and unconstitutional enforcement tactics. Their unchecked violence and use of force have led to wrongful arrests, civil rights violations, and senseless killings across the U.S. To hold these agents accountable for their unlawful and dangerous actions, I ask that you support H.R. 8154, the Hold ICE Accountable Act, H.R. 4004, the No Anonymity in Immigration Enforcement Act, and H.R. 4667, the VISIBLE Act.
