Today, Senator Patty Murray posted a video on Bluesky showing masked ICE agents detaining Eduardo Aguirre Esparza. In March your office announced the signing of Senate Bill 5855 which bars all law enforcement officers from wearing masks. What is being done to enforce this law? Is this apparent violation of the law being investigated and the agents be prosecuted if they are found to be in violation?
