Vote no on Todd Blanche's confirmation as Attorney General. Blanche spent years as Trump's personal criminal defense attorney, then used his role as Deputy AG to run a "Weaponization Working Group" targeting Trump's political enemies — James Comey, Letitia James, Adam Schiff, Jerome Powell — with prosecutions that courts have already thrown out. The harassment was the point. That is not law enforcement. That is retaliation with a federal badge.
To earn the AG nomination, Blanche indicted Comey over a seashell photo arrangement and engineered a $1.8 billion taxpayer-funded "Anti-Weaponization Fund" to pay Capitol rioters — a scheme so outrageous it had to be rescinded after Congress pushed back. Confirming him now puts the Senate's stamp of approval on all of it. The Constitution gives the Senate the confirmation power precisely for moments like this. Use it. Blanche can continue as acting AG without a formal vote — there is no reason to hand him legitimacy he has not earned.
