Do not confirm Todd Blanche as Attorney General. As Deputy Attorney General, Mr. Blanche has already failed to uphold the rule of law, most notably the execution of Epstein Files Transparency Act. He has also failed to adequately investigate and prosecute ICE for several murders committed during their operations in U.S. cities. Additionally, Mr. Blanche’s relationship to President Trump as his personal attorney is problematic in a role where prosecutorial independence is paramount. Again, do not confirm Todd Blanche as Attorney General.
