04 August 2026; CC Representative Foushee, et al. RE: Continued ICE illegal actions, object cruelty, and unwarranted executions of civilians in our cities. Senators, I previously asked you to stop further funding of DHS ICE and I am outraged over DHS ICE’s ongoing Illegal actions and reign of terror on the streets of our communities and cities that you have supported by approving billions of dollars of additional taxpayer funding to further equip ICE with paramilitary uniforms, weapons, and now facial recognition technology to scan protesters and immigrants faces. They continue conducting warrantless raids of businesses and breaking into homes. Local media has reported that DHS ICE agents are now going after American citizens that speak out and protest exercising their First Amendment rights. No action has been taken yet to seek justice and arrest the ICE executioners of American citizens’ Renee Goode and Alex Pretti. Other unwarranted killings by ICE are being reported and tracked as well. DHS ICE has continued opening new detention centers or concentration camps as many refer them now. Current centers, such as Delaney, are overcrowded, and the inhumane treatment of the adult and child detainees is beyond horrific. What depraved level of humanity is being hired and trained by DHS ICE.? They are paid more than teachers in the U.S. This is a disgrace. Now over 300,000 Haitian Refugees are receiving letters that summon them to check-ins where they will be fitted with GPS monitors and sent home. Apparently this makes them easier for ICE to locate and mass deport them later. This is horrific! They have done nothing wrong. Are immigrants really the problem? We all saw who stormed the capital on January 6, 2021. Your legacy as well as your votes on record to support DHS ICE and its criminal actions will tie you to this corrupt regime throughout history. If you are not willing to fulfill your duty as a member of a co-equal branch of government and stop these actions by ICE, I will use my power as a voter to support and gather support for a representative who will.
