Comply with Supreme Court ruling, rectify wrongful deportation

To: Justices Court

From: A constituent in Los Angeles, CA

April 14, 2025

The Trump administration's refusal to comply with the Supreme Court's order and return Kilmar Abrego Garcia to the United States is a blatant disregard for the rule of law and the authority of the judicial branch. This defiance undermines the system of checks and balances that is fundamental to American democracy. Abrego Garcia was wrongfully deported in violation of his Constitutional rights, and the administration has a legal and moral obligation to rectify this injustice immediately. Their failure to do so is an unacceptable overreach of executive power that erodes public trust in government institutions. Strong action must be taken to uphold the Supreme Court's ruling and preserve the integrity of the justice system.
