I am writing to you to do something about Donald Trump's ignoring the US Supreme Court. As an equal branch of government, Congress has the mandate to hold the President accountable. The Constitution is clear on this. It is your duty on behalf of the people to ensure that the Executive is held accountable. It is your duty as our representative of the State of Nevada to demand that President Trump complies with the Supreme Court and return Kilmar Abrego Garcia to the United States. A habeas order is foundational to our laws. Everyone, including non-citizens, are afforded due process.
