Competitor platforms, most notably Elon Musk’s xAI, have faced documented systemic failures in preventing the open and free generation of egregious, illegal content, including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and exploitation vectors. Why are compliant domestic innovators being weaponized against, while platforms allowing the generation of horrific, illegal material are given a free pass? The double standard suggests a disturbing protection architecture for a specific class of tech oligarchs. The Bottom Line We The People are watching. The weaponization of federal agencies to pay off political debts and crush market competition is unacceptable.
