we need to regulate online gambling and prediction markets now. Americans are going bankrupt and are becoming addicted to gambling on their phones online. advertising for these products do not disclose that gambling is not for investment and that it is risky. That goes for sports betting, gambling, online poker, slots games and prediction markets, none of which are investments and risk is inherent and these games are based on chance and should be regulated just like we regulate it in person, slots, cards, and other casino type games.
