Honor US commitment to Gavi's global vaccination efforts.
To: Gov. DeWine
From: A constituent in Middletown, OH
June 30
Protecting public health worldwide through international vaccine distribution is crucial for safeguarding the American people against devastating diseases. Vaccines have been proven safe and effective through rigorous scientific research and testing. Mr. Kennedy's allegations against Gavi, the global vaccine alliance, lack scientific credibility and undermine efforts to provide life-saving immunizations to children in need. The United States should honor its funding commitment to Gavi and support their vital work in promoting global vaccination programs based on established scientific evidence. Withdrawing support would jeopardize progress in eradicating preventable diseases and put countless lives at risk unnecessarily.
