Please Support the Voters First Act (SB1262 / HB2907)

To: Sen. Finchem, Gov. Hobbs, Rep. Nguyen, Rep. Bliss

From: A constituent in Prescott, AZ

February 20

I’m writing to urge your support for the Voters First Act (SB1262 / HB2907) and to request that it receive a fair and timely hearing. This legislation centers on voters—protecting access, transparency, and clear administration in Arizona’s elections—rather than advancing partisan advantage. Arizonans expect election policy to be judged by its merits and by its effect on eligible voters, not political strategy. As an elected official sworn to uphold the Constitution and the public trust, you have a responsibility to ensure serious, good-faith consideration of legislation that shapes voter participation and confidence. The Voters First Act deserves that consideration.I respectfully ask that you support this bill and advocate for its advancement through the legislative process. Thank you for your time and for your service to the people of Arizona.
