Oppose HB96

To: Rep. Lett, Sen. Liston, Gov. DeWine

From: A constituent in Dublin, OH

April 7

The governor's proposed budget freezes base education funding at fiscal year 2022 levels and reduces the guarantee for many school districts. This could significantly impact public education funding across Ohio. We must prioritize investing in our students and schools to ensure they have the resources needed for a quality education. I urge you to reject the cuts in House Bill 96 and instead increase funding for Ohio's public schools. Our children's futures depend on properly funded schools that can provide them with the educational opportunities they deserve.
