Please stand up and represent your constituents. You represent and work for the people of the United States. We need you tonight. Tonight’s headlines read that we have bombed Iran. There was no congressional approval for this action. Article I, Section 8, Clause 11 of the U.S. Constitution grants Congress the power to declare war, not the President. This sets a dangerous precedent for an outrageously illegal action. Are we going to look for more “weapons of mass destruction” and go through another fake war based on false leads and bogus information as we did during the Bush-era’s Iraq War? Donald J Trump should be investigated for these illegal & unconstitutional actions. He has jeopardized the safety of every U.S. citizen without a direct attack on the U.S. by circumventing the power of U.S. Congress.
