Question about ruling

To: Justices Court

From: A constituent in Feasterville Trevose, PA

October 29

Does the presidential immunity ruling insulate a president from breaches of the Constitution, including without limitation Article II, Section 4, and if it does, how can the ruling have supremacy over the Constitution (in the absence of a Constitutional Amendment ratified by two thirds of both chambers of Congress and three fourths of the States)?
