Please do not cave and vote to open the government. As much as I hate that the American people are being hurt by the shutdown, we cannot give in to the Republicans. The Republicans have shown time and time again that they cannot be trusted to do the right thing for our country. They will screw (for lack of a better word) the Democrats over and make the Democrats look like the bad guys. The Democrats need to stand together and stay strong. I am beyond disappointed in the Democrats in the Senate who seem to be caving into the Republicans' demands. Stay strong, Rep Ross. Please! For the betterment of our country, please stay strong and do what is best for all of us. Do not trust the Republicans to do the right thing in the end. Please vote NO on opening the government. Thank you!
