As a constituent, I urge you to refuse to vote for any appropriations bill funding the Department of Homeland Security that fails to rein in ICE. I demand that any funding be tied to: 1 A ban on masked federal agents and a requirement for agents to display identification. 2 Mandatory judicial warrants for all home and community-based arrests. 3 Strict limits on military-style equipment and the implementation of always-on body cameras. Congress must stop giving a "blank check" to an agency operating with impunity.
