Tuesday is going to be interesting for sure. California Gov. Gavin Newsom has warned the chief judges of California’s four federal district courts that the Trump administration may seek warrants to seize ballots before the midterm results are certified. California already passed a law making it a felony to seize ballots, election records, or voting equipment before certification (including ordering someone else to do it). Newsom is asking judges to closely scrutinize any such requests. What are you doing to protect against trump's illegal election interference?
