I understand that House Democrats are going to file a discharge petition to fund TSA, FEMA, and everything else under DHS except for ICE, CBP, and the DHS Secretary’s office. I expect the Congressmember to support it. We want these departments funded AND we want major ICE reforms. In fact, we insist on it.
