We, the undersigned, call on our elected leaders to reject the allocation of hundreds of billions of dollars toward another military conflict with Iran and instead prioritize the urgent needs of the American people.
At a time when millions of Americans rely on Medicare and Medicaid for basic healthcare, it is unacceptable to divert public funds toward war while essential services remain underfunded.
Across the country, families are struggling to afford medical care, seniors are forced to choose between prescriptions and living expenses, and people with disabilities depend on these programs for survival. These are not optional services—they are lifelines.
Congress has the power to choose where our tax dollars go. We demand that those funds be used to:
• Protect and expand Medicare and Medicaid
• Strengthen essential public services
• Support working families, seniors, and people with disabilities
• Invest in healthcare, not conflict
We do not support another costly and potentially endless war. We support policies that improve and protect lives here at home.
It is time to put people over politics and needs over war.
Fund healthcare. Not war.
