Have you heard of the Emoluments Clause, ( Article I, Section 9, Paragraph 8) of the US Constitution? Do you, as part of Congress, approve of the president receiving gifts from foreign governments? As your constituent I am concerned that your silence equals approval and that such approval is NOT doing your job to protect and uphold the Constitution. Silence is complicity. Thank you for your consideration.
