How does sending $$ to Argentina HELP Americans?

To: Rep. Graves

From: A constituent in Plattsburg, MO

November 18

I just received the “response” from you which is NOT answer: “Thank you for contacting me regarding foreign aid. I appreciate hearing from you and welcome the opportunity to respond. Right now, many Americans are struggling to make ends meet, and families are working harder than ever just to stay afloat. While the United States has a long history of supporting efforts overseas, we need to take a hard look at how that money is being spent and whether it truly serves the best interests of the American people. I believe our focus should be here at home: securing our borders, rebuilding our economy, and investing in our communities. Foreign aid should never come at the expense of American families.” My question was “You have stated that the United States does not need to be spending money supporting other countries, such as Ukraine. We need to focus our money here at home. Given that is your stated position in previous responses to my emails, the please comment on and explain to me why you allowed funding sent to Argentina in the amount of $20 billion dollars.“ You have NOT provided an ANSWER as to WHY $20 billion was sent to a foreign country while we have needs for it to “serve the best interests of the American people”. HOW does it serve Americans to send money to Argentina?? Try again --- you answer above was a failure and ignored my question.
