Proposed revisions to the National Historical Preservation Act (NHPA) Section 106 would devastate the cultural heritage of the U.S., threatening treasured historic sites and causing immense damage to our national resources. Like everything Trump touches, chaos, tragedy and loss would follow. Every project, beginning with his early businesses, has been destroyed, or rendered insolvent. Recently the “Reflecting Pool,” the 250th “celebration,” a wrestling match in front of the White House, and a heliport on the White House grounds have cost the nation money, prestige and embarrassment.
