The Court Is Political: Work To Interpret Law Without Being So Very Partisan!

To: Justices Court

From: A constituent in San Antonio, TX

May 11

This court is immersed in partisan politics at its' worst. Members are said to bristle at talk their opinions are political. Of course they are political, plain and simple. If you do not wish to be seen as partisan, consider holding to the rule of stare-decisis where the court respects rulings or opinions dealing with similar areas of law. Most of the present members stated during their confirmation hearings, they would respect stare-decisis. Yet have now on several occasions set aside prior rulings in-favor of the present thinking on the law and changed the courts stance towards the law entirely. This reinforces the notion the court is in-fact partisan in it's pursuit of a political agenda. I would ask, with all due respect, that you set aside any partisan or political thinking in your opinions and stick narrow interpretation of the law, thank you.
