RFK Jr, according to Trump, will now be in charge of overseeing special needs education in our public school systems. This is a man who refutes the reality of childhood and adolescent mental health concerns and disorders and is consistently attempting to undermine medical professionals when it comes to topics of this matter, as evidenced even in his confirmation hearing. As a parent of two children specifically with ADHD, this deeply concerns me. My sons are adopted through foster care and have endured early childhood trauma, please do not allow the destruction of their needed support to cause further suffering in their lives.
