ICE killing anyone thanks to Congress

What is this? Ice lying again. Do Americans just have to be shot through windshields because some big fat uneducated white guys don't like our cars ? Do something. ICE just shot and KILLED a 26-year-old man in Maine. His 3-year-old daughter, still in Bluey pajamas, stood beside his body. The agents were NOT wearing body cameras. Four bullets went through his windshield. His name was Joan Sebastian Guerrero. He was from Colombia, authorized to work in the United States and had a Social Security number. Immigrant advocates say he was driving to work when ICE agents confronted him in his white Kia around 7:18 a.m. in Biddeford. ICE says Guerrero tried to flee and his car moved in the direction of an agent. DHS claims he “weaponized” the vehicle. But somehow there is no body-camera footage to show the public what actually happened. Neighbor Daniel Boucher heard the gunfire and ran to look outside. He said an ICE SUV rammed Guerrero’s Kia more than once before an officer pulled the bleeding young father into the street. He was still alive. Boucher says he heard Guerrero clearly say: “But I tried to stop.” Then Guerrero’s family arrived. A neighbor watched his wife collapse to her knees at the sight of him. Their 3-year-old daughter stood nearby in Bluey pajamas with a small pink backpack while a relative screamed, “You took her dad.” Another neighbor said an officer later yelled at the little girl while she was trying to smell flowers. Her father’s body remained on the sidewalk for hours. And the government still cannot give one consistent account of why ICE confronted him. Sen. Angus King initially said Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin told him Guerrero was the target of a warrant. Hours later, King’s office said Mullin clarified that Guerrero was NOT the intended target. Maine’s attorney general separately said he was the target of an operation connected to a final removal order. A nearby business captured part of the aftermath on security cameras, but police asked the owner NOT to release it. The agent who fired the gunshots has been placed on leave while the FBI and Maine attorney general investigate. This is the second time in six days ICE killed a man inside a vehicle. In Houston, agents shot and killed 52-year-old Lorenzo Salgado Araujo while he was driving his construction crew to work. He was NOT the target of that operation either. I
