This morning ICE executed another American citizen in Minnesota. I DEMAND that you do something to force ICE exit Minnesota while this is investigated. Further, training and oversight must be increased. It is unacceptable that people are dying due to this. This never happened before this year. It must stop. It must stop NOW.
