Senator please vote NO on the Department of Homeland Security spending bill this week. ICE needs to be disarmed and prohibited from using racial or ethnic profiling. ICE agents must be explicitly liable to criminal prosecution and civil lawsuits. At the very least, DHS’s funding should be slashed. The killing of American citizens following their constitutional rights is immoral and unjust.
