A member of our community has been jailed by the so-called Department of Homeland Security. His name is Noel Quintana. National law recognizes him as a permanent resident but locally he is known as a husband and beloved businessman. In the short term, please do everything in your power to bring him back to us. For the long term, add me to the list of your constituents who want to see the permanent dismantling of ICE. We need their money for healthcare, not warfare against U.S. citizens and legal residents.
