đI hope you wonât be like your predecessor and murder Lance Shockley â an innocent man â in October. Mike, itâs wrong.
âThe jury did not impose the death sentence. He was sentenced to death by the judge, not a jury of his peers. The jury was deadlocked.
âLaw enforcement identified over 500 investigative leads and multiple alternative suspects, many of which were not run down.
âď¸The case is based on circumstantial evidence - the state admits this!
âď¸No direct evidence ties Lance to the crime: no blood or bodily fluids, no DNA, no hair, no fingerprints, and no eyewitnesses.
đŤThe case involves âjunk scienceâ which is not scientifically sound.
âThe integrity of the trial has been called into question.
đSergeant Grahamâs murder was a terrible tragedy and devastating loss for his family, his community, and the state of Missouri. He was a beloved public servant who dedicated his life to the line of duty for many years. Lanceâs heart goes out to every member of Sergeant Grahamâs family. He prays that they find some measure of comfort as they continue to face the life-altering loss they have suffered and continue to endure daily.
đŻThe real culprit needs to be brought to justice.
