I am appalled to read of the treatment of a US senator by federal law enforcement at an event of the Secretary of Homeland Security. I respectfully ask that you immediately begin lobbying for an investigation into the incident involving Senator Padilla and the entire office of homeland security. This anti-democratic action suppressing the free speech of an elected official cannot be allowed to stand.
