Keep our communities safe! Pass legislation now, and enforce policies to limit ICE's abuse of power in Ohio. ICE claims to be helping communities by arresting dangerous criminals, but they've proven to be doing the exact opposite: targeting and assaulting innocent people, simply because of the fact they are not white. ICE cannot be allowed to operate unchecked. Restrictions MUST be put in place to ensure they are following all laws. They must have due process to arrest and detain anyone, not just anyone they come across on the street. The people of Ohio also need to be protected from ICE intimidation and threats. ICE has shown that they are willing to put out false narratives to justify their brutal assaults of innocent people - people who were simply non-violently protesting or observing/by standing. What will YOU do to protect Ohioans from ICE?
