I am writing to urge Senator Budd to do as Senator Tillis has done and call for an independent investigation into the murder of Alex Pretti and for Kristi Noem to step down. I also urge Senator Budd push to for legislation that will get both ICE and CBP under control, their lawlessness endangers public safety, they must be held accountable and reined in. The Constitution and the laws of our nation apply to them and they need to be made to follow the law, obey court orders and uphold the Constitution. Further, I ask that the Senator to support separating the DHS funding bill from the others so it can be voted on as a standalone bill and I urge him to vote against it.
