Support SCR 193 re the Emperor Norton Tunnel! I feel it is important to acknowledge the legacy of Emperor Joshua Norton I and finally see his name attached to one of his biggest predictions that came true: the Bay Bridge. Efforts to name the bridge, or even just one span of it, after him have stalled out after years of advocacy, but the tunnel through Yerba Buena remains unnamed and it would be a nice acknowledgement of his legacy as a beloved Bay Area figure.
