I am writing to you as a Marine veteran, a 30 year law enforcement officer, and a constituent who has spent his entire life defending this country. And I am done being polite about what is happening. The GOP warned that if I voted Democratic, we would be thrown into a war. What they did NOT say is that it would be a GOP LED WAR. And that is exactly what your party has delivered. You own it. Every single part of it. The IRAN WAR is draining American resources, destabilizing the region, and putting American service members in danger for reasons that shift by the week. There is no strategy. No end state. No measurable benefit to the American people. And now your party is escalating toward Cuba, openly talking about military action like it is some kind of political stunt. Tell me how ANY OF THIS IS GOOD FOR AMERICA. Tell me how endless escalation helps our troops. Tell me how economic strain helps working families. Tell me how destabilizing entire regions makes us safer. Tell me how dragging us into conflict after conflict is leadership. Because from where I stand, GOP policies are not protecting this country. They are HARMING it. They are weakening us. They are isolating us. They are pushing us into unnecessary, avoidable, reckless conflict. And you know it. You served in uniform. You know what war actually costs. You know what it means when politicians treat military force like a campaign prop. And yet you stand by silently while your party drives this country toward instability and long term damage. So I am asking you directly, without sugarcoating: How do you justify supporting policies that are pushing the United States into multiple wars at once. How do you justify staying silent while your own party escalates tensions with no plan and no accountability. How do you justify calling this leadership. I expect a real answer. Not talking points. Not excuses. Not partisan spin. A real answer for the people you represent and for those of us who have spent our lives defending this nation.
