We need to ensure that our laws about presidential term limits are robust ahead of the 2028 presidential election. Donald trump is going to attempt to run for president again and we need to do everything in our power to ensure the Supreme Court cannot strip our states rights away from us by mandating election procedures and allowing him to run again. This is essential to maintaining our democracy and recovering from the detrimental policies Trump has implemented during his time in office.
