A few days ago I wrote concerned that ICE had removed a 5 year old boy from Minnesota. Yesterday, I wrote after they detained and flew a 2 year old girl to Texas. And today, they have shot and killed a VA registered nurse American citizen. There are no explanations or excuses that can be found for this. ICE is out of control. It is a paramilitary group, not a government agency. And I strongly support defunding it and disbanding it altogether. The necessary functions that need to be continued can be transferred to a part of the government that acts within and in furtherance of the law. But this agency, which is being used as the administration's personal Brownshirts, presents a clear threat to the safety and liberty of the people of the US. And it needs to be shut down.
