ICE is broken beyond repair. Proposals to train away bad behaviors, or require body cameras and agent identification do not resolve the underlying lawlessness that has overtaken the agency. ICE must be shutdown before another person is killed or harmed, whether they be on the street, in their home, or in the custody of the government. If ICE is ever reconstituted, it must be under the most exacting regulations as to its scope and authorized force.
