Megan’s Law exists for a reason. Use it!

February 17

I am writing to demand the aggressive investigation and prosecution of all individuals who participated in, enabled, or concealed the sexual exploitation crimes connected to Jeffrey Epstein (chatgpt://generic-entity?number=0). Justice must not stop with one perpetrator when credible evidence and testimony have long suggested a wider network of offenders. Survivors deserve to see every abuser held accountable under the full extent of the law. Prosecuting these predators is not only about punishment — it is about public safety. Convicted offenders must be properly registered so communities can be informed and protected. Laws such as Megan’s Law exist specifically to ensure that individuals convicted of qualifying sexual offenses are tracked and disclosed to the public to prevent further harm. Failure to prosecute known or knowable offenders sends a dangerous message that wealth, status, or connections can shield criminals from consequences. That outcome erodes public trust and denies survivors the closure and justice they deserve. I urge your office to prioritize the identification, investigation, and prosecution of all Epstein-related offenders using every available legal tool. Survivors, families, and communities deserve full accountability, not partial justice. Please take immediate action to ensure that anyone proven to have committed these crimes is prosecuted, convicted where appropriate, and properly registered according to applicable sex offender notification laws.
