I'm contacting you to oppose the proposed budget (House Concurrent Resolution 14) which gives trillions of dollars in tax cuts to billionaires while cutting billions in funding from Medicaid, K-12 education, child care, and nutrition programs. Medicaid covers 1 in 5 Americans and provides essential coverage for children, disabled people, seniors, and other vulnerable communities. I’m urging the Senator to vote “no” on this unconscionable resolution that would benefit the super rich at the expense of American families.
