An Open Letter

To: Sen. Klobuchar, Sen. Smith, Rep. Omar

From: A verified voter in Minneapolis, MN

October 25

Pete Hegseth wants to give Depertment of Homeland Security a ray gun to torture migrants at the border. The U. N. classifies this weapon as an instrument of torture. You must now allow this to happen. The Active Denial System is a directed-energy weapon designed to torture people from afar with invisible electromagnetic waves, causing pain and burns. I ask you to stand against cruelty. Do not allow this weapon to be deployed.
