PETITION FOR INVESTIGATION AND HAND RECOUNT OF THE 2024 ELECTION We, the undersigned, demand a full investigation and hand recount of the 2024 U.S. presidential election. A growing body of public evidence and investigative reporting raises serious concerns that the election was not only influenced—but potentially compromised—by undisclosed technological interference. According to The Economic Times (June 2025), ES&S voting machines—the same federally certified systems used in several key states—were updated shortly before the election with no public disclosure or independent verification. These updates were described as “de minimis,” yet affected ballot scanners, audit files, and tabulation software. This lack of oversight undermines confidence in the software integrity and auditability of the vote. Additionally, a widely circulated investigative series by @resist.riseup.movement alleges a broader operation that used smart devices, firmware access, and satellite-based communication—specifically through Starlink’s Direct-to-Cell (DTC) system activated just days before the election. According to their posts, no routers or towers were needed—just satellite-to-device connectivity, making remote, undetectable access theoretically possible. The claims extend further: • That Tripp Lite power systems—used in voting equipment and sold to Eaton, a Palantir partner—could interface with machines via USB or Ethernet. • That Palantir systems were used to scrub metadata, audit trails, and logs. • That a tool called BallotProof, connected to Palantir, may have suppressed or altered digital ballot images. None of these allegations have been publicly refuted with transparent, forensic counter-evidence. Statistical anomalies compound the concern. Trump flipped 88 counties, yet not one flipped blue. Margins across multiple states fell just under automatic recount thresholds. VP Harris underperformed her own party only on Election Day—and only in swing states. These patterns do not appear random. They deserve scrutiny. We demand the following actions immediately: • Hand recounts in all counties where machines were updated or margins fell under 2%. • A full forensic audit of ES&S and Dominion firmware, update logs, and audit trails. • Release of Starlink satellite logs from October 30–November 6, 2024. • Public hearings on the role of private tech contractors in election infrastructure. • Enforcement of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment if collusion or conspiracy is found. This is not about partisan outcomes—this is about public trust. If elections can be altered through silent updates, remote access, and audit erasure, democracy is at risk. Transparency is not optional. Recounts and investigations must begin now.
