Block USPS Compliance With Trump's Unlawful Mail-In Voting Order You need to act now to stop the USPS from implementing Trump's March 31 executive order attacking mail-in voting. This rule would require the Postal Service to withhold absentee ballots from voters unless their names appear on state lists that have received federal approval — a power grab that election experts, the APWU, and the NAACP all say is flatly unconstitutional. States and Congress hold the sole authority to administer elections. The White House does not. The NAACP has already sued, arguing this violates a court-enforced 2021 settlement requiring the USPS to protect mail-in voting through 2028. The Justice Department has revealed that DHS is now exploring using the USPS to monitor ballot flows and generate "investigative leads" — that is voter surveillance, plain and simple. Election officials in California and Wisconsin are already reporting slower ballot delivery since USPS began making policy changes. Congress created the Postal Service as an independent entity for a reason. Use your authority to defend that independence and protect every American's right to vote by mail.
