Citizens need a nationwide "SB747 No Kings Act" ASAP

In an effort to hold ICE accountable, Senator Scott Wiener created and introduced SB747 No Kings Act bill in CA which allows a person to sue a federal official when their Constitutional rights are violated. This bill is needed nationwide! The bill would provide a strong incentive for ICE and CBP not to violate a citizen's rights. I strongly urge you to contact Senator Scott Wiener, discuss the content of his bill, duplicate it, and introduce a similar nationwide "No Kings Act" as soon as possible. Please move quickly on this matter. Law-abiding citizens need and deserve reasonable and logical protection. Thank you.
