Minnesota has made great strides this weekend in protecting its targeted immigrant populace passing legislation guaranteeing due process to the folks stuck at Whipple. I want to see this become a national initiative. The constitution guarantees certain rights to ALL persons living in the United States, and we shouldn’t need new legislation to reiterate that, but here we are. Stand up!
