Please sign on to Hakeem Jeffries’ discharge petition funding all of the agencies under DHS *except for ICE and CBP*. This is what Americans want: absolutely no more funding for ICE or CBP until they have clear parameters, better and longer training, and are required to show their faces, prominently display IDs, and treat detainees humanely. Thank you.
