After yet another murder of an observer by ICE agents, I urge you to take steps to bring accountability towards those who are perpetrating these incidents. Please act to remove ICE from Minnesota until agents can be deployed with appropriate law enforcement officer training. Additionally, any appropriation of funds for ICE, should come with stipulations to insure accountability. Agents should not be allowed to act without impunity, to simply walk away from their crimes without investigation and accountability. We would never allow that for a police officer so why is it OK for an ICE agent?
