GET ICE OUT OF CALIFORNIA I am writing from D6 in San Francisco. I am horrified by the hyper militarization of our police, ICE and masked bounty hunters that are terrorizing our communities. ICE has NO business in our sanctuary city. HAS NO BUSINESS staking out and kidnapping folks from our immigration courts. HAS NO BUSINESS terrorizing our Latino communities in the Mission with weapons, flash bags and raids…for setting off neighborhood fireworks. LOOK AROUND, fireworks are in EVERY NEIGHBORHOOD IN AMERICA, yet somehow THIS community was targeted. Look at what is happening in Los Angeles, at Florida. This is not a department that gets to have a longer leash. Get them out. Defend our communities.
