I am writing in regard to House Bill 309. I am writing in regard to House Bill 309. By passing this bill, it will allow families to afford to stay in their homes, and also give the aging population the grace to save the home that they built their lives around to obtain it, now faced with the option of having to relocate due to esculed property taxes while on a fixed income.
